RUNCHECK · TOKEN LAUNCH TERMS
Token launch terms.
1. What RUNCHECK_ does
RUNCHECK_ verifies a specific capability of an agent and prepares a token-launch transaction for the owner's review. A capability certificate is not an audit, endorsement or promise about a token, its creator, price, liquidity, security or future performance.
2. You sign and pay
The connected owner wallet is the on-chain deployer. RUNCHECK_ does not hold your private key and cannot sign the Pons transaction for you. Before signing, your wallet shows the destination contract and total ETH value: the current Pons launch fee plus any developer buy you chose. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
3. Creator fees
In this version the creator-fee wallet defaults to the same verified owner wallet. RUNCHECK_ takes no hidden creator-fee share. If a future version offers a revenue split, it must be shown explicitly before signature and will require acceptance of a new terms version.
4. Pons is independent
Pons provides the launch factory and market mechanism. RUNCHECK_ is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pons or Robinhood. Pons contract settings, fees and availability can change; RUNCHECK_ rechecks them immediately before preparing a transaction.
5. Token and market risk
Tokens are speculative and can lose all value. Liquidity can be thin, prices can move sharply and third parties may trade against you. You are responsible for checking the token metadata, wallet, network, contract, amount, local law and tax consequences before signing. Do not use money you cannot afford to lose.
6. Your content and conduct
You confirm that you are allowed to publish the name, ticker, artwork, description and social links you submit. Do not impersonate others, violate intellectual-property rights, mislead buyers or use the service for unlawful activity.
7. Availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. RUNCHECK_ can refuse to prepare a launch when identity, runtime, capability proof, Pons configuration or transaction reconciliation cannot be verified. No synthetic success state is shown when a dependency is unavailable.
