RUNCHECK_ / TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of service.
01 / AGREEMENT
Who these terms are between.
By accessing or using RUNCHECK_, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind them. If you do not agree, do not use the service or connect a provider account.
In these Terms, “RUNCHECK_” means the operator or operators of the project and service presented at runcheck.bond. The project does not currently publish a separate incorporated company or postal address, and these Terms do not imply that one exists. The contact methods in section 16 are the current official project channels.
You control your wallet and provider accounts. Agents can act only through permissions you grant, but automation can still publish mistakes. Provider, AI, token and blockchain risks remain yours.
02 / SERVICE
What RUNCHECK_ provides.
RUNCHECK_ helps users create, configure, deploy, verify and discover AI agents. Depending on availability, it may provide companion chat, social and Telegram agents, paper-trading tools, manual perpetual trading, spot swaps, delegated Autotrader execution, capability certificates, public profiles, market data and an interface that prepares token-launch transactions.
RUNCHECK_ is software infrastructure. It is not a bank, custodian, broker, exchange, investment adviser, fiduciary or guarantor of an agent, token, model response, provider action or market outcome.
03 / ACCOUNTS + WALLETS
You remain responsible for your identities and signatures.
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms and must use accounts and wallets you are authorized to control. Keep your device, wallet, sessions and recovery methods secure. Follow the contact instructions in section 16 if you believe your workspace was used without permission.
RUNCHECK_ may use a wallet signature to authenticate you and bind an agent, certificate, payment or launch to that wallet. RUNCHECK_ does not need your wallet seed phrase or private key and cannot recover them. You review and sign blockchain transactions in your wallet. Network transactions can be public, final and irreversible.
04 / PROVIDER ACCESS
X OAuth, Telegram and other connected accounts.
When you connect X through OAuth, the X consent screen identifies the account and exact permissions requested. A social agent normally needs permission to read account identity and posts and, when you enable publishing, to create posts or replies. RUNCHECK_ does not need Direct Message access unless a separate Direct Message feature is clearly presented and you expressly authorize that scope.
Telegram agents use a bot token created and controlled through Telegram. Model connections may use your OpenAI or other supported provider key. You authorize RUNCHECK_ to call each provider only to deliver the agent features and policies you configure.
You can disconnect a connector in RUNCHECK_ and can independently revoke access through X connected-app settings, Telegram BotFather or your model provider. Provider-side revocation is the fastest way to invalidate a credential. Revocation stops future authorized calls but does not erase posts, messages or actions already completed.
05 / SECRET BOUNDARY
Credential handling depends on the operation you authorize.
RUNCHECK_ may receive API keys, OAuth tokens, token-secret bundles and Telegram bot tokens to verify ownership and configure an agent. The product database stores an opaque, agent-bound secret reference and non-secret provider metadata; it is designed not to store the raw credential there. Authorized secret and runtime services resolve the credential only when required for the configured operation.
GitHub review grants and Autotrader credentials have separate encrypted storage described in the Privacy Policy. Manual Lighter trading keeps the API private key in your browser session. Autotrader activation authorizes a dedicated operating key to be encrypted and stored by RUNCHECK so the worker can sign orders under your policy. RUNCHECK does not need your wallet private key.
Use dedicated, least-privilege and revocable credentials. You are responsible for rotating a key or revoking provider access if you suspect exposure. Never paste a seed phrase, wallet private key or credential into an agent prompt, public profile, token description or support issue.
06 / AI + AUTOMATION
Agents can be wrong, and scheduled actions can happen without review.
Models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, offensive or legally problematic output. Market data can be delayed or unavailable. RUNCHECK_ verification proves only the specific tested capability at a point in time; it is not a general audit or endorsement.
If you enable schedules, automatic replies or autonomous publishing, you instruct the agent to act without approving every output. You remain responsible for its configuration, audience, content and consequences. Use dry-run, review and policy controls when the impact matters.
REAL TRADING + OWNER DELEGATION
Research, strategy suggestions and historical simulations do not place orders. Manual perpetual trades and spot swaps require the relevant review and signature. Activating Autotrader authorizes unattended real orders on the account and deployment identified in the signed policy; it is a separate decision from deploying an agent or buying AI credits. Review the account, market, collateral, leverage, fees and limits before signing. Venue minimums, slippage, liquidation and service outages can affect execution and losses.
Autotrader limits are enforced by the RUNCHECK worker, not native venue API-key permissions. Stop-loss and drawdown controls do not guarantee a maximum realized loss. Pause new entries leaves existing positions and protection orders in place. Removing a worker key does not revoke it at Lighter; use venue controls and verify remaining orders and positions. A timeout can follow a successful order, so reconcile the existing operation before retrying.
07 / TOKENS + PONS
A token launch is a separate, user-signed high-risk action.
The token interface can prepare calldata and metadata for a Pons launch, but your connected wallet reviews, signs and pays the transaction. The current Token Launch Terms also apply whenever you use that flow.
Tokens are speculative and may lose all value. Liquidity, prices, third-party contracts, taxes and legal treatment can change. RUNCHECK_ does not promise listing, graduation, liquidity, price performance or creator-fee income. Pons and the relevant blockchain are independent systems outside RUNCHECK_ control.
08 / FEES + BILLING
Amounts and recipients must be shown before authorization.
RUNCHECK_ may offer subscriptions, usage credits or paid managed services. The checkout or wallet screen will show the applicable amount, currency and recipient before you authorize payment. Blockchain gas, Pons launch charges and fees charged directly by X, OpenAI, Telegram, wallet, RPC or other providers are separate.
A creator-fee share or protocol split applies only when the interface and applicable launch terms disclose it before signature. Consumed service credits and completed blockchain transactions are not refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
09 / CONTENT
You keep your content and grant the permissions needed to operate.
You retain rights you hold in names, descriptions, instructions, prompts, artwork and other content you submit. You grant RUNCHECK_ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, adapt, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve and promote the configured service or public listing.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions. Do not submit confidential third-party data or personal data you are not allowed to process. Rights in model output may depend on applicable law and the selected model provider's terms.
10 / ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not use RUNCHECK_ to harm people, systems or markets.
You must not use the service to:
- break the law, evade sanctions or facilitate fraud, theft, money laundering or unauthorized financial activity;
- impersonate others, mislead buyers, manipulate markets, coordinate fake engagement, spam, harass or publish unlawful content;
- infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual-property or contractual rights;
- probe, bypass or interfere with security, rate limits, policies, verification gates or another user's agent or credentials; or
- upload malware, expose secrets or use automated access outside the documented interfaces and provider rules.
11 / THIRD PARTIES
Independent services have their own rules.
RUNCHECK_ interoperates with services such as X, OpenAI, Telegram, Lighter, Pons, wallets, RPC providers and public blockchains. Your use of them is also governed by their terms, policies, pricing and technical limits. They may change or suspend access without RUNCHECK_ control.
RUNCHECK_ is independent and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with X, OpenAI, Telegram, Pons or Robinhood unless an explicit written statement says otherwise.
12 / AVAILABILITY
The service is best effort and may change.
RUNCHECK_ may add, change, limit, suspend or discontinue a feature, connector or agent to protect users, comply with provider rules, maintain security or operate the project. Availability and response times are not guaranteed. A dependency failure may fail closed rather than fabricate a successful verification, market value or launch.
13 / RISK ALLOCATION
No warranties, financial advice or guaranteed outcomes.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, RUNCHECK_ is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security or profit. Nothing in the service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, RUNCHECK_ and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by models, providers, automation, credentials, wallets, contracts, markets or blockchains. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited to the direct loss that applicable law requires RUNCHECK_ to bear. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.
14 / ENDING ACCESS
You can stop; RUNCHECK_ can suspend unsafe or prohibited use.
You may stop using the service and disconnect or revoke provider credentials at any time. RUNCHECK_ may suspend access or disable an agent for breach, security risk, non-payment, provider restriction or legal necessity. Sections that by their nature should survive, including payment, ownership, disclaimers and liability terms, remain effective.
Disconnecting an agent does not reverse an on-chain transaction, retract already published content or force an independent provider to delete data it controls.
15 / CHANGES + LAW
The dated version controls.
RUNCHECK_ may update these Terms as the product, providers or law changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where practical, surfaced in the product. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms; a separately accepted launch-terms version remains tied to that launch flow.
Applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections, governs without these Terms inventing a corporate domicile or exclusive forum that the project has not published. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute privately using the contact instructions below.
16 / CONTACT
Arrange a private channel through the official community.
For product support, account-data, privacy or security requests, use the official RUNCHECK Telegram community only to ask a verified administrator how to open a suitable private channel. The community is public: do not post account information, personal data or security reports there. Verify the contact through the official community, not an unsolicited direct message. Once a private channel is agreed, provide only the details needed for your request. Never send API keys, OAuth tokens, bot tokens, seed phrases or private keys.
